FanDuel benefits are awesome. Your benefits are tailored to support you in all stages of your life, including your physical and mental health, your financial well-being, and your family.
All your favorite benefits are back for 2026, and we’re enhancing our programs even more. A new weight-management and diabetes program is available through Goodpath, and a sidekick for your family care needs is coming to you via Bright Horizons. And, for your furry, feathered, or scaled loved ones, telehealth services for your pets is available now at no cost. How’s that for a game changer?
Your FanDuel benefits roster is growing. But first things first! To take advantage of some benefits or to change from one plan to another, you must sign up during the once-per-year Open Enrollment period. Now is the time to review your choices and decide which plans work best for you in 2026.
Let’s get it started
If you don’t enroll: Your choices from 2025 will carry over to 2026—except for flexible spending accounts and the health savings account, which require that you reenroll each year.
Roster Updates
Here’s what’s new with FanDuel Benefits:
100%-Covered Virtual Veterinary Care for Your Pets
Effective now, you can sign up for Airvet for 24/7 access to virtual veterinary care for your critters at home. Airvet visits cost you nothing.
Virtual veterinary care is great for nonemergency issues, like allergy problems or behavioral concerns, that would otherwise require you to open your wallet for a visit to your regular veterinarian.
Beyond the basics, your Airvet membership also scores you:
- Prescription refills with no clinic visit or exam fee, just the cost of the medication (only available in some states)
- Discounts on all kinds of common pet products
- Access for your pet’s caregiver while you’re at work or out of town
- Care options for exotic pets
- Specialized care for aging pets, including support with hospice care
- Unlimited visits, all at no cost
Keep in mind that Airvet isn’t for everything. For annual vaccinations and true emergencies, you’ll need an in-person clinic. For most stuff, Airvet is an easy, reliable, and free option.

Your Enrollment Game Plan
Enrolling is pretty straightforward. But you still need to know the fundamentals to make the most of your benefits.
- Know your team. This whole website is about your benefits! Read through it and make sure you understand the options available to you.
- Study the stats. Decide which plan options make the most sense for you and your family in 2026. Read up on the scouting reports and plan comparison charts in the medical section of this website. Need personalized help? Consult Health Advocate for one-on-one guidance during Open Enrollment. General benefits questions? Check out our enrollment events in Beverly Hills (11/5), Atlanta (11/6), Los Angeles (11/6), New York (11/6), and virtually on 11/7. Chair massages, anyone?
- Be prepared. You’ll need Social Security numbers and contact information for yourself and any family members you’re enrolling.
- Game time. Once Open Enrollment begins on November 3, 2025, you can access the enrollment platform, bswift, through Okta.
- Execute your game plan. Follow the prompts to enroll in bswift. Decide who you want to cover and which plans to pick.
- Pick your team captains. Designate a beneficiary for your life and AD&D, 401(k), and HSA benefits. Your beneficiary—or beneficiaries—receive funds if something happens to you.
- Double check your strategy. If you want to make changes to your elections once you’ve submitted them, you can go back to the bswift platform and complete the process again. You can do this at any time until Open Enrollment ends on November 16.
- Post-game party. That’s it! You’re enrolled. Review this website anytime you need information about your benefits. And don’t forget to take advantage of other free benefits available to you year-round. You may be missing out on something that would help you!
The Draft Board
These are the benefits available to you during Open Enrollment:
Medical, Dental, and Vision
It’s a good idea to review your medical plan options to find the best option for your situation. The Consumer Advantage and $1,500 PPO medical plans both come with premiums that are 100% paid by FanDuel. The $500 PPO, EPO, and Kaiser HMO are also great options, but you’ll pay a bit in premiums for the coverage (it’s still heavily subsidized by FanDuel). Health Advocate can help you figure out the optimal choice for your unique situation.
Don’t forget to enroll yourself and your family in dental and vision coverage too. Just as with medical plans, FanDuel offers an option for dental and vision that won’t cost you a dime in premiums. For expanded dental or vision coverage in 2026, look into one of the buy-up options.
Health Savings Account (HSA) Contributions
The tax-advantaged HSA is only available to you if you choose the Consumer Advantage plan. It’s triple tax-advantaged. You won’t pay taxes on the money you put in, the funds you withdraw, or the investment growth of your account. FanDuel contributes to your account too! Remember, you must reenroll in HSAs every year.
Already have an HSA? Check your contribution amounts. The IRS is increasing the max for 2026 HSA contributions:
* Frontloaded at beginning of the year, prorated after January 1, 2026
** Add another $1,000 if you’re age 55 or older
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Tax-advantaged FSAs can save you a lot of money each year. Spending big on day care? A Dependent Care FSA can help. Have you been procrastinating on a dental procedure? Consider a Health Care FSA. Remember, you must reenroll in FSAs every year.
FSAs are great for covering expenses at the beginning of the year. That’s because your entire FSA balance is accessible to you on January 1. So, if you enroll in the $500 PPO with a $500 deductible, plus you contribute at least $500 to a Health Care FSA, you’ll have the full amount of your deductible covered, even if you incur a surprise medical expense on New Year’s Day.
But plan carefully! You can only carry over $680 of your Health Care or Limited Purpose FSA balance from 2026 to 2027, and you’ll lose any balance left in your Dependent Care FSA at the end of 2025.
