In Case of Emergency
You never plan to get sick or injured. But if it happens and you need to miss work for a while, we’ll protect your paycheck. Short-term disability (STD) insurance lasts for up to 26 weeks, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance covers you after that. FanDuel pays for the full cost of both plans.
How It Works
Short-term and long-term disability insurance is administered by Lincoln Financial. When you know you’ll need to be away from work for more than seven calendar days, contact Lincoln Financial ASAP. They’ll help you initiate a short-term disability claim. If approved, starting on the eighth day, you’ll receive two-thirds of your weekly earnings from Lincoln Financial.
