Silver lining is an understatement. FanDuel benefits are like discovering you have a gold mine in your backyard. So, start digging! You’ll find that you’re automatically covered for some benefits. For others, you need to enroll.
Your Game Plan
The playbook isn’t complicated. For most of your benefits, you’ll enroll using the bswift platform.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Game plan. This website is chock full of benefits goodness. Make yourself at home, and read about all the incredible options. It’s especially important that you scout the medical plans.
- Study the stats. Decide which plan options make the most sense for you and your family. If you’re not sure where to start, the experts at Health Advocate can point you in the right direction—at no cost to you, of course. Give them a call at 866-799-2731 for one-on-one assistance.
- Kickoff time. To enroll in most benefits, head to Okta, select the bswift tile, and sign in using your SSO. To change your 401(k) contribution or beneficiaries, go directly to the Transamerica website. You’ll also need to go to the Transamerica website if you’re signing up for the 401(k) for the first time.
- Execute your game plan. Once you’re logged in, select your plans and any dependents you want to cover. Designate your beneficiaries for your life, AD&D, and HSA benefits. Your beneficiary—or beneficiaries—receive funds in case something happens to you.
- Touchdown dance. After you’ve followed all the prompts, click Submit. That’s it! You’re enrolled. Review this site anytime you need information about your benefits during the year.
Enroll Using Transamerica
Transamerica administers the FanDuel 401(k). Use the Transamerica member portal to enroll, increase or decrease your contributions, or change your investment choices.
Register with HealthEquity
HealthEquity administers our health savings account and flexible spending accounts. If you don’t already have one, sign up for an account with HealthEquity. Track your balance, and file reimbursement requests on the HealthEquity online portal.
Don’t forfeit free money
If you enroll in the Consumer Advantage with HSA medical plan, you still need to set up your HSA with HealthEquity to get FanDuel’s contributions.
Your Game Plan
No enrollment is required for these benefits. You just need to set up an account or select your beneficiaries.
