Look downfield! FanDuel has four great vision plans for you that are wide open.

We have two vision providers, VSP and EyeMed, each with a Core and a Core Plus option. FanDuel pays for 100% of the monthly cost of each Core plan. Your vision coverage is valuable, no matter which provider and plan you choose. With the Core Plus plans, you’re responsible for a small premium, but you’ll have lower copays, a higher frame allowance, new frames every 12 months instead of every 24 months, and lens upgrades.

Special Extras in the VSP Core Plus Plan

If you elect the VSP Core Plus plan, you’ll also be covered for special perks, like:

  • An additional $100 frame allowance
  • An additional $70 toward the cost of contact lenses
  • Fully covered progressive, photochromic, or anti-reflective lenses
  • Full retinal screening for members with diabetes who do not have diabetic eye disease
  • Additional exams and services that track and monitor diabetic eye disease progression
  • Treatment for dry eye, pink eye, eye injury, and foreign body removal
  • Exams and services to diagnose and monitor glaucoma and cataracts
  • Personalized text alerts through app and cost-transparency tools
  • Savings of up to 75% on test strips and other diabetes care supplies at the VSP website
  • Access to VSP LightCare, which allows you to use your frame allowance toward the cost of nonprescription blue-light filtering glasses or sunglasses
